		Why Hanson? This is a question which is put to me quite often.Everytime I answer this question my answer changes.The reason being that if I was to name all of the reasons I'd be here for a very long time. So my very short answer is 'why not?' Everyone has their own opinion to what and who they like or dislike. I just happen to like Hanson's music and take an interest in Hanson. I was once asked to end the sentence of 'I love Hanson because...' Here is my answer: I love Hanson because they make me smile. Their music is inspiring and different from the music in the charts (which is a GOOD thing!). Their approach to the music world and new tracks are what makes them stand out from other bands. Also they are very good looking and good natured people who have an aim in life and won't let anyone stop them. They believe in themselves, which is why 'we' the fans believe in them. That's a short summary of why I love Hanson.
		People's attitudes towards Hanson I could go on forever about the amount of times peoplehave said nasty comments about Hanson, and me liking Hanson.Just like Hanson have to block out the stupid rumours, we have to block out the stupid comments. Like 'they need to cut their hair' and the oh so ridiculous comment of 'they don't play live' and 'they can't sing'. If that sounds familiar I have a reply to your comments. If Hanson want to have long hair it's their business. Has it ever occured that Hanson don't want to cut their hair? Also to set the record straight Hanson are one of the very few bands on Planet Pop that actually bother to sing live. They don't mime like some bands I could mention! This is a poem that I wrote, it's about being a Fanson (Hanson + fan = fanson). It's not very good but I thought I'd put it up anyway. I like Hanson you say I'm brainwashed, you say I'm mad, you say I'm obsessed, you say I'm sad, you say I'm insane, that I scream too loud, you say I'm crazy, you say I'm wasting my time, but liking Hanson isn't a crime. You label me because I'm a fanson, I have one word for you * * * * * * * * * mmmbop
		Whatever! Now I'm in the swing of things I must add something.I was talking about Hanson with two of my friends in Business Studies and they said something very... well very unbelievable.I say unbelievable because I couldn't believe what stupidness theywere saying (no offence meant Mrs Ledger & Mrs Miller- you know I like you both very much but this is from a fans point of view!). I later asked my other very non-hanson fan friend (hi lucy) if she agreed. She agreed (no surprises there) with them. Anyway Mrs Ledger summed up their story by writing this: "They were only 'Hanson' because their Dad's influence due to his money. We now understand why they were chosen as a band. If their Dad did not have money they would never have been chosen as potential boyband material by an agent." I undoubtedly defended Hanson and told them about how hanson were singing to whoever would listen and then they sang to Christopher Sabec and so on. And you know what? They found it hard to believe that I actually believed what I was saying. They basically said that every band makes up a story like that. This is for you three and all of those who doubted the power of Hanson. Here is an extract from Hanson the official book by Jarrod Gollihare: As Sabec said to a journalist, "I was having lunch in Austin when the guys came up to me and asked if they could sing for me. Everyone else was ignoring them. They sang a cappella and I just said, 'Where are your parents? I need to talk to them fast!'" Does that sound like Christopher Sabec was swayed by Mr Hansens' money? Anyway I just thought that would be an intersting thing to write about. Hope you enjoyed it! NOTE to Mrs Ledger, Lucy and Mrs Miller- i just wanted to say that you soooooo much for listening to me go on and on and on about Hanson. I know you all don't think very highly of them (to put it in the nicest way) but I want you to know that I really appreciate being able to talk to you about Hanson even though you don't like them. NOTE to Mrs Westlife- hey that message also applies to you. Thanx 4 being there around the time when I met them. I would have gone mad if I hadn't kept e-mailing someone about how wonderful they were! You need to become one of us Hansoners again, Westlife don't deserve you as a fan! I also want to say a special hello to Tashema and all the girls in 10R that make school so much fun.& a special hi to Alice P because well... she's wonderful(Or at least that's what she wanted me to say!-LOL!).
